What we collect

This cap rate calculator runs entirely in your browser. We do not collect names or the income and price figures you type. The one exception is the optional "Email me my results" form on the calculator page: if you use it, we collect your email address and the time you gave consent (see "Email collection" below). Basic, cookieless analytics may record anonymous page views so we can keep the site fast.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. We do not use localStorage or other on-device storage to identify or track you; your calculator inputs stay on your device. If you contact us by email, we keep your message only long enough to reply.

Email collection

If you use the "Email me my results" form, we collect your email address and the time you gave consent. We use it to send your results and occasional tips about our free tools. We never sell your email address. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing n.harvard@aitechpros.ai.

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page.
